When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Orchardleigh House and yourself.

 

Standard Terms & Conditions

·         This is an extremely popular experience and pre-booking is essential.

·         Please arrive at your booked time slot. We are unable to accommodate you until your booked time slot and you will be asked to return at the appropriate time.

·         Please note that this experience is primarily designed to be enjoyed by children but all children must be supervised by a responsible adult with a ticket.

·         Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to partake in this experience alone and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

·         Everyone attending our Santa experience will require a ticket with the exception of babies in arms (under 12 months) who do not require a gift from Father Christmas.

·         The experience will operate in virtually all weathers, in the unlikely event we have to close the experience will do our best to accommodate guests on a different session.

·         Food and beverages will be available to purchase at the Santa Café located at Orchardleigh Golf Club


Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

On-line Booking

Tickets are only available for purchase online. No ticket may be resold.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out to guarantee entry.

Miscellaneous

Every possible effort is made to ensure that gifts from Santa are suitable for each child.

·         Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

·         Please keep to the paths at all times and beware of low branches.

·         Each child will receive a cup of squash and a biscuit as part of their ticket. Gluten-free biscuits will be available for special dietary requirements.

·         Each adult will receive a cup of mulled wine as part of their ticket. A soft drink alternative will be available.

·         Please do not touch lighting and decorations

·         This is an outdoor event so please ensure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing

·         The trail is not suitable for mobility scooters due to the uneven woodland terrain

·         During your visit, we may take photos of the experience for marketing purpose which could feature you and your family

·         Lost, unwanted and damaged gifts cannot be replaced or exchanged.

·         The pathways are not suitable for prams and pushchairs so we recommend that babies are worn in baby carriers

·         Ticket Holders may take their own photographs in all areas apart from Santa’s Grotto. Please refrain from using your camera inside the grotto. There will be a professional photographer capturing the magical moment Children meet Santa and the photographs will be for sale at the end of the experience.

·         The management reserve the right to refuse admission

·         If for any reason we are unable to operate the Santa’s Grotto experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather) guests will be notified at the earliest opportunity. However, if the experience remains open during such circumstances, refunds will not be given

·         Orchardleigh will not be responsible for theft or damage to any vehicles or contents of vehicles in our car park. Any vehicles parked at Orchardleigh are done so entirely at the drivers/owners risk.
